This is it: the end of our adventure!
The return to the civilized world! Thanks for those thousands of years of evolution!
I’ll give it to you, Mi, zumianity has accomplished a lot. But to reconnect with the essence of nature, with who we are fundamentally, is quite liberating.
We realize how much our preoccupations are focused on abstract concepts that our minds invented. It’s a little like augmented reality; we drew a virtual world over a very simple reality.
Life would be dull without these drawings that come and fill our existence.
More than that! These drawings are the traffic signs that govern our society. Without them, we would still be running with sticks and hitting each other on the head for a piece of meat!
As far as I am concerned, it’s still that! The piece of meat has only been replaced with money.
We need to admit that it’s been a fantastic adventure. We connected; we learned to depend on each other when we fell into the water. If we had not been there for each other, those incidents might have turned into tragedies! I want us to be like a strong family where we can count on each other unconditionally!
Like your brother can count on you, Ré?
That is so mean, Flo! I cannot believe you’re so insensitive! You should shut up!
Forget it, Ki. Flo is right — the example clearly has its unfortunate exceptions ...
Tell me instead how you will celebrate your return to civilization.
Thanks for asking, Ré. When I return, the renovations of our reception hall should be finished. I’m eager to see it. All had been destroyed by the flood.
More so, I took advantage of the situation and stretched our insurance claim with a few extras ... I will now have a multimedia suite of the 7th generation and a perfect acoustic with a Bolex enclosure.
Ki, you were saying earlier that those E-energy managers should be hanged for their fraud.
You can be such a stickler sometimes, Ben! This doesn’t compare. They defrauded billions, not a paltry few thousand.
Clearly, Ré, this trip brought back our two friends in a primitive state. It’s time for them to rediscover civility!
